    The title to the following series from Dr David Unwin is "Low Carb Lifestyle Information for Doctors". These very informative short videos are great for those who are interested in learning more about the low carbohydrate diet and lifestyle. They were tweeted daily on Caramel & Parsley during November (Diabetes Awareness Month) and December 2019. Here they are to watch in sequence if you wish. Even though the series was intended for doctors, they are an excellent basis for questions perhaps for your own GP.
